The staff was super helpful, and it's worth the cause. It's cheaper than most places. They really do care about their customer service, so this is highly recommended. If you think they messed up, they will talk to you about what happened, and they will fix it right away.m

Heard that my transmission has a severe leak even though no fluid was coming from it, was told it could be a gasket. Wanted to check it out before winter came in full force. Took it here, they ran some tests and said that the transmission was actually all good! Probably just some bad advice I got from a previous oil replacement place. Glad to know that I don't have to worry about the transmission and their honestly!

The repair was A1 service done in a timely manner and put together perfectly. They got me in and out in 1 day. The only bad thing is the UPCHARGE on credit card of $30 is feel they are getting over on customers with that. I've had plenty of repairs at Autoshops and never an uncharge for using my card

Friendly staff. Very accommodating. Checked out my problem and ordered the parts within 20 minutes and called to inform me of the estimated delivery. They received the shipment early and called to set an appointment. There was no major damage. Need interior door handles. I informed them I would need to stay and take the car home. They came out to the car before I got out of it and immediately got it into the garage. It took an hour less than expected! Then I asked about another interior repair and was given the address and number for a interior repair shop.

We had truck and car body shop work done and paint they did a great job. Would would recommend them.

I called F&M to see if they could help reattach the engine undershield that had become loose when I ran over a curb. They worked me in that day! I only had to wait about an hour. I greatly appreciated their prompt attention and repair!

Wow, we were lucky coming here! Our air conditioning went out on a day with 110 degree heat index and we're here from out of town. Had already checked out and the air quit working. These guys saw us, figured out the problem and, since it was a simple connection, the owner, Sow, didn't even charge us! Thank you, Sow! You have our 100% approval and recommendation!

Our cars a/C stopped blowing cold. The air temperature right now is 98!! We are from out of town, so I called here to see if they could take a look and see if it was a simple repair or major. Sow, the owner, said bring it in and they would take a look. Thank God, it was only a bad connection on the compressor. They had us fixed and on our way in about half an hour. WONDERFUL!

Sow was able to get my car back to looking brand new! Quick and effective. They work with insurance and have financing if needed.

I dropped my car off with one issue and got it back with more problems than it had when I brought it in. I waited over three weeks, was never given an estimate despite asking repeatedly, and was constantly told “a few more days” with a new excuse every time I called. The staff is by far the worst part. Jacqueline, the extremely rude lady at the front desk was consistently dismissive, and acted like asking basic questions was an inconvenience. Her attitude itself was enough to never go back. The men in the office would give an explanation, but the moment I asked a follow-up question, they suddenly became clueless didn’t know what was going on. Why open your mouth in the first place if you have no clue and will give incorrect information? To top it off, my belongings from the glove box were left scattered across the driver’s side floor, and no one could even explain why or cared to look into it. Unprofessional, disorganized, and full of inconsistency. They are shady, and their staff need basic training on how to operate a business.

I called F & M Automotive Body and Mechanic Repair to schedule a pre-purchase inspection because their website has an entire page devoted to their pre-purchase inspection ability. (see attached screenshot) I didn't quite get the name of the employee on the other end of the phone, but when I inquired about scheduling a pre-purchase inspection, she informed me that they do not do those. Paraphrasing, she said that their mechanics only do basic stuff. I don't know how good their mechanics are (They might be fantastic) but I didn't even get to see that because their phone operators aren't consistent with their website. How advanced is a pre-purchase inspection? How the heck do these mechanics know what's wrong on your vehicle if they can't do a pre-purchase inspection (as the phone operator claimed)? Finally, when I was about to let the phone operator know that their website says that they do pre-purchase inspections and maybe they should fix that as to avoid future confusion, she hung up on me.

Had a great experience at F&M Automotive! They were honest, professional, and very helpful with fixing my license plate issue quickly. The staff was friendly, explained everything clearly, and the pricing was fair. Really appreciate their customer service and quality work.
