I dropped my car off with one issue and got it back with more problems than it had when I brought it in. I waited over three weeks, was never given an estimate despite asking repeatedly, and was constantly told “a few more days” with a new excuse every time I called. The staff is by far the worst part. Jacqueline, the extremely rude lady at the front desk was consistently dismissive, and acted like asking basic questions was an inconvenience. Her attitude itself was enough to never go back. The men in the office would give an explanation, but the moment I asked a follow-up question, they suddenly became clueless didn’t know what was going on. Why open your mouth in the first place if you have no clue and will give incorrect information? To top it off, my belongings from the glove box were left scattered across the driver’s side floor, and no one could even explain why or cared to look into it. Unprofessional, disorganized, and full of inconsistency. They are shady, and their staff need basic training on how to operate a business.

I called F & M Automotive Body and Mechanic Repair to schedule a pre-purchase inspection because their website has an entire page devoted to their pre-purchase inspection ability. (see attached screenshot) I didn't quite get the name of the employee on the other end of the phone, but when I inquired about scheduling a pre-purchase inspection, she informed me that they do not do those. Paraphrasing, she said that their mechanics only do basic stuff. I don't know how good their mechanics are (They might be fantastic) but I didn't even get to see that because their phone operators aren't consistent with their website. How advanced is a pre-purchase inspection? How the heck do these mechanics know what's wrong on your vehicle if they can't do a pre-purchase inspection (as the phone operator claimed)? Finally, when I was about to let the phone operator know that their website says that they do pre-purchase inspections and maybe they should fix that as to avoid future confusion, she hung up on me.

Had a great experience at F&M Automotive! They were honest, professional, and very helpful with fixing my license plate issue quickly. The staff was friendly, explained everything clearly, and the pricing was fair. Really appreciate their customer service and quality work. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable auto repair!

Absolutely phenomenal!! Experience you can trust. I Antoine brung my 2017 Jaguar in for service and am overly satisfied. I thought that I was going to be here for two days but was only there for two minutes. Great service and quality. Not only was I treated with a high level of respect but was treated as family. My suggestion to anyone is if you choose to take your vehicle anywhere other than F&M Automotive than you will be deeply disappointed.

This place will take your money and leave you with more problems and they will tell you to bring the car back just to tell you more stuff is wrong and send you off still with car issues. They don’t know what they are doing and are super unprofessional. Don go here and waste your money.

This shop is awful and will mess up your car and not take accountability. I have taken my car to them numerous of time and each time more and more problems they say need fixed and due to them not knowing what they are doing and how to recognize the source, my car is now considered totaled after taking it to another auto shop for a second opinion confirmed they in fact did not know what they were doing and caused further damage to my car. The manager is super unprofessional and when called regarding the issues he continuously kept cutting me off and instead of taking accountability was caught in numerous lies and contradicting statements. They will take your money and you’ll still have problems after the fact, straight robbery. Avoid this place at all costs

Do not trust this place as they will not take accountability if they cause significant damage to a vehicle. They do not know what they’re doing and will cause issues and lie to take your money.

I took my car there to get it checked for the transmission with almost 75,000 miles on it and never been changed or check they as professional should’ve been able to tell me when I should’ve been bringing my car in for a transmission check instead they charged me $389 even when I had a warranty for them to tell me that they filled my transmission up with fluid but never told me how low it was and how many quarts of transmission they had to put in it. I will never go here again.

I took my car here last week to take a look at my brakes and I was quoted $1100 to fix all four brakes. I’ve then decided to get a second quote and I took it to another shop that said I only needed rear and my front were 50%. I would definitely not take my vehicle here as they appear to take advantage.

Car door got hit by somebody and needed to be totally replaced. F&M got me a quote very quick and got me in for repairs. Less than a week later I’m back in my car and you can’t even tell there was damage. Super friendly people, quick service, no complications. Next time I need work done this will be who I call.
