Wow, we were lucky coming here! Our air conditioning went out on a day with 110 degree heat index and we're here from out of town. Had already checked out and the air quit working. These guys saw us, figured out the problem and, since it was a simple connection, the owner, Sow, didn't even charge us! Thank you, Sow! You have our 100% approval and recommendation!

Our cars a/C stopped blowing cold. The air temperature right now is 98!! We are from out of town, so I called here to see if they could take a look and see if it was a simple repair or major. Sow, the owner, said bring it in and they would take a look. Thank God, it was only a bad connection on the compressor. They had us fixed and on our way in about half an hour. WONDERFUL!

I dropped my car off with one issue and got it back with more problems than it had when I brought it in. I waited over three weeks, was never given an estimate despite asking repeatedly, and was constantly told “a few more days” with a new excuse every time I called. The staff is by far the worst part. Jacqueline, the extremely rude lady at the front desk was consistently dismissive, and acted like asking basic questions was an inconvenience. Her attitude itself was enough to never go back. The men in the office would give an explanation, but the moment I asked a follow-up question, they suddenly became clueless didn’t know what was going on. Why open your mouth in the first place if you have no clue and will give incorrect information? To top it off, my belongings from the glove box were left scattered across the driver’s side floor, and no one could even explain why or cared to look into it. Unprofessional, disorganized, and full of inconsistency. They are shady, and their staff need basic training on how to operate a business.

I called F & M Automotive Body and Mechanic Repair to schedule a pre-purchase inspection because their website has an entire page devoted to their pre-purchase inspection ability. (see attached screenshot) I didn't quite get the name of the employee on the other end of the phone, but when I inquired about scheduling a pre-purchase inspection, she informed me that they do not do those. Paraphrasing, she said that their mechanics only do basic stuff. I don't know how good their mechanics are (They might be fantastic) but I didn't even get to see that because their phone operators aren't consistent with their website. How advanced is a pre-purchase inspection? How the heck do these mechanics know what's wrong on your vehicle if they can't do a pre-purchase inspection (as the phone operator claimed)? Finally, when I was about to let the phone operator know that their website says that they do pre-purchase inspections and maybe they should fix that as to avoid future confusion, she hung up on me.

I thought that I was going to be here for two days but was only there for two minutes. Great service and quality. Not only was I treated with a high level of respect but was treated as family. My suggestion to anyone is if you choose to take your vehicle anywhere other than F&M Automotive than you will be deeply disappointed.

This place will take your money and leave you with more problems and they will tell you to bring the car back just to tell you more stuff is wrong and send you off still with car issues. They don’t know what they are doing and are super unprofessional. Don go here and waste your money.

This shop is awful and will mess up your car and not take accountability. I have taken my car to them numerous of time and each time more and more problems they say need fixed and due to them not knowing what they are doing and how to recognize the source, my car is now considered totaled after taking it to another auto shop for a second opinion confirmed they in fact did not know what they were doing and caused further damage to my car. The manager is super unprofessional and when called regarding the issues he continuously kept cutting me off and instead of taking accountability was caught in numerous lies and contradicting statements. They will take your money and you’ll still have problems after the fact, straight robbery. Avoid this place at all costs
